Dr. Jonathan Chapa

Dr. Jonathan Chapa

Dr. Jonathan Chapa attended the University of Houston's Main Campus with a bachelor's degree in Exercise Science and graduated in 2018. He then graduated from Texas Chiropractic College in Pasadena in December of 2021 as a Doctor of Chiropractic. He is passionate about chiropractic and loves to help those who need care. Dr. Chapa strongly believes that having adjustments along with exercising can go a long way for your health. He grew up in Galena Park and Cloverleaf, native to the Houston area. In his free time, he loves to work out, play video games, and eat wings. In addition, he loves all the Houston sports teams, and attending the games.
Dr.Thomas M. Hallisey

Dr. Thomas M. Hallisey

Graduated from Upper Iowa University in 1983 with a Bachelor’s in Science, then attended Texas Chiropractic College in 1987 and obtained a Doctorate of Chiropractic. During this time he was honored with the Outstanding Clinician Award that is presented to healthcare practitioners who demonstrate the highest level of excellence in clinical care of patients.

He treats patients with orthopedists, neurologists, and neurosurgeons so patients can receive the best medical care possible. He was one of the first chiropractic doctors to perform manipulation under anesthesia (MUA) in Houston. By serving on the Board of Directors of the Texas Chiropractic Association District 11 and the Texas Chiropractic College Alumni Associates, Dr. Hallisey shows a level of dedication that benefits each and every patient of East Loop Chiropractic Clinic.
Dr. Edgar Mendoza

Dr. Edgar Mendoza

Dr. Edgar, a graduate of the The University of North Carolina at Pembroke, served as the Vice President for the Chemistry Club and was a member of the Honors Chemistry Society.

Dr. Mendoza attended Sherman College of Chiropractic where he was a part of the XRI program and was the President of SABCA. At graduation, he was awarded the outstanding Clinician Excellence Award. Please welcome Dr. Mendoza to the ELCC family.
