At East Loop Chiropractic Clinic, we’re proud to introduce our exceptional staff of healthcare professionals. Our team consists of experienced chiropractors, skilled assistants, and friendly administrative personnel, all committed to providing you with the highest standard of care. We specialize in back pain treatment, sciatica relief, neck pain treatment, and headache treatment, and we also provide expert care for auto accident/car accident injuries, car wreck injury care, personal injury treatment, and slip and fall injury treatment.

Dr. Thomas M. Hallisey

President

Dr. Hallisey Graduated from Upper Iowa University in 1983 with a bachelor’s in science, then attended Texas Chiropractic College in 1987 and obtained a Doctorate of Chiropractic. During this time he was honored with the Outstanding Clinician Award that is presented to healthcare practitioners who demonstrate the highest level of excellence in clinical care of patients.
He treats patients with orthopedists, neurologists, and neurosurgeons so patients can receive the best medical care possible. He was one of the first chiropractic doctors to perform manipulation under anesthesia (MUA) in Houston. By serving on the Board of Directors of the Texas Chiropractic Association District 11 and the Texas Chiropractic College Alumni Association, he shows a level of dedication that benefits each and every patient of East Loop Chiropractic Clinic.

Dr. Edgar V. Mendoza

Bilingual E & S

Dr. Mendoza, a graduate of the University of North Carolina at Pembroke, served as the Vice President for the Chemistry Club and was a member of the Honors Chemistry Society.
Dr. Mendoza attended Sherman College of Chiropractic where he was a part of the XRI program and was the President of SABCA. At graduation, he was awarded the outstanding Clinician Excellence Award. Please welcome Dr. Mendoza to the ELCC family.

Dr. Courtney J. Barnett

Dr. Barnett graduated from St. Edward’s University, where she received her bachelor’s degree in Kinesiology, before pursuing her Doctorate of Chiropractic from Texas Chiropractic College. She was a recipient of multiple Dean’s list awards while completing her education and was heavily involved in community volunteer work as a member of SABCA. Dr. Barnett has a passion for educating her patients about their injuries, making sure everyone feels heard, and improving the quality of life for every patient she treats.
